Intimaciato petitions the Curatorium of standards for the official recognition of the Kissed Girl Movement as a sanctioned aesthetic doctrine.

The Kissed Girl Asserts that:

• The complexion should appear warmed, softened, and naturally flushed,

• Blush should melt into the skin rather than sit atop it,

• Radiance must appear born from within, not placed from above,

• The face must convey presence, emotion, and intimacy rather than performance,

• The clothes must embrace the curve and fit the body,

• Living must feel like being a movie star in a slow motion scene.

The proposer argues that this movement aligns with the Republic's values of:

• Subtle seduction rather than exhibition,

A woman stands before her mirror. Her blush sits heavy - a bright decal, loud and impatient. The warmth refuses to melt. The face is present, but the feeling is not. As for her clothes, her dress is rather fighting with her body, not sitting well, not enhancing her natural curves. Here she is putting some music to enlighten her day, the music seems to be fighting with her current mood.

She whispers: "I look... decorated, not kissed."

Dispatch: "422, What is your aesthetic emergency?"

Perceiver: "Baciolato Code 2.108 - The face has not been kissed. My name's Gelacei L. I need help!"

Dispatch: "Copy that. Melt 04 en route."

The sirens are silent. This is not a rescue. This is a ritual correction.

Melt 04 arrives. Sleeves neatly rolled. Voice velvet and discipline: "Show me where the warmth failed."

"Now I see, based on everything I noticed today, would you like to file a report."

Gelacei L. spent some time thinking and wondering and then answered.

Gelacei L.: "Yes, I don't get it. I did everything right, how come there's no result."

Melt 04 (Mr. Melt): "Gelacei L. I'm officer Mr. Melt from Sensaciato. From everything that happened, your look violates Baciolato Codes: 2.105 'Makeup Sitting on the Face Instead of Melting. Makeup must melt. If it sits, it is illegal', 2.107 'Lips nude, trembling, afraid of color', 2.108 'The Face has not been kissed', 2.109 'Excess pigment without melting leads to aesthetic distortion, emotional dissonance, and visual interruption', 422.V 'Silhouette distortion (unflattering proportions)' and 11-A 'The Aesthetic identity is collapsing'. Mr. Melt sits and starts going through his notes, scratching his head, working hard to find answers. The question remains. Why is makeup sitting on the face? Why is it not melting? Why are the clothes floating instead of enhancing? A report has been filed, Gelacei L. finds this behavior offensive and requires a new doctrine. Who can this delicate case be assigned to?
