This service is intentionally limited in scope and duration.

We determine:

• outfit of the day/event

• Uniform dressing

For a moment, not a wardrobe

What we deliver:

What we do not do:

• shopping lists

• closets

• trend forecasting

We determine:

• the appropriate beauty direction for a day or an event

• Essential product highlight

This is not a tutorial.

Service Structure

Step 1: Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required before scheduling

• No forms, no back-and-forth

• Upon payment, you select:

  • your preferred lane

  • your session date

Step 2: Initial Call (30 minutes)

This call is for:

• understanding context

• clarifying intention

• establishing boundaries and direction

No delivery occurs during this call.

Step 3: Service Delivery

Delivery format varies by lane and may include:

• written guidance

• curated directions

• structured recommendations

All delivery is intentional, concise, and complete.

Step 4: Follow-Up Call (15 minutes)

This call is for:

• clarification

• refinement

• final alignment

No additional services are added at this stage.

Important:

• Vita Essenziale is a one-time service

• No ongoing support

• No emotional dependency

• No scope expansion after booking

If further support is desired, a new booking is required.

How It Works

1. Booking & Initial Session (30 minutes)

You book directly and select your preferred contact method.

You may present:

• Up to five outfit concepts, or

• Seven Individual pieces for composition

Beauty direction is included.

2. Recommendations

Depending on the session format:

• Live chat receive a written recommendation

• email sessions receive a written recommendation

• Video Calls provide verbal direction with clear conclusions 

• Audio Calls provide verbal direction with clear conclusions

3. Follow-Up (15 minutes)

You may choose one follow-up option:

• A recap session to confirm decisions, or

• A brief outfit check on the day of your event

Cancellation & Rescheduling — Vita Essenziale

• Cancellations:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior

  • Less than 24 hours: 25% of booking fee retained

• Rescheduling:

  • Up to 2 reschedules free (24h+ notice)

  • 3rd reschedule: 10% fee

  • Less than 24 hours: 20% fee
