Presence Outfit Curation

Vita Emergenza is a curated sequence of a full outfit, designed around your desires, pace, event and capacity for presence.

The goal is not stimulation, but alignment.

Each outfit experience is composed to allow immersion without interruption, excess, or urgency.

How It Works

1. Booking

You book Vita Emergenza directly and select a date for your initial session.

At booking, you choose (tell us) your preferred contact method:

• Live chat

• Email

• Audio call (Zoom)

• Video call (Zoom)

If live chat or email is selected, availability for the full 30 minutes is required to ensure fluid exchange.

2. Initial Session (30 minutes)

This session is used to understand your desires, constraints, and intentions.

We will also confirm:

• Your preferred date for the outfit experience

• Any optional elements you wish to include (styling, beauty direction)

3. Curated Outfit (Within 24 Hours)

Within 24 hours, you receive a complete outfit, including:

• 1 fully curated outfit to tailored the event

• Optional wardrobe audit prior to styling

• Makeup, Skincare & Hair guidance

• For emergency event: gala, interview, red carpet, photoshoot, major meeting

• Personalized shopping recommendations for missing pieces

Everything is considered and sequenced deliberately.

4. Follow-Up (15 minutes)

After delivery, you may schedule a follow-up session to:

• Clarify any elements of the experience

• Ask questions

• Close the process intentionally

You may use the same contact method selected initially.

Cancellation & Rescheduling — Vita Evento Studio

• Cancellations:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior

  • Less than 24 hours: 25% of booking fee retained

• Rescheduling:

  • Up to 2 reschedules free (24h+ notice)

  • 3rd reschedule: 10% fee

  • Less than 24 hours: 20% fee

• Luxury accessories sourcing: +$400

• Personalized shopping: +$400
